A week of freediving immersion, this retreat is designed to 2X your freediving skills whilst enjoying some of the world’s most beautiful diving.

Our programme is packed with freediving training sessions, workshops and fun dives. When we’re not working hard on our freediving skills we’ll be exploring lagoons, hidden beaches and shipwrecks, and enjoying the buzzing town of Coron.

Your Philippines freediving retreat will include

  • 6 nights of accommodation in Coron Town

  • 4 days of depth training in the famous Barracuda Lake

  • 1.5 days of island hopping, freediving in secret lagoons, shipwrecks and beaches

  • 1 freediving certification level included, with the chance to add a further certification level

  • Freediving pool and dry workshops, including advanced equalisation and mental techniques

  • Video analysis of freediving technique with personalised training plan over the week

  • Daily meditation and breathwork

  • Daily breakfast and lunch included*

  • Airport transfers from Coron/Busuanga Island Airport

Not Included:

  • Flights

  • Dinners and snacks other than specified (for dinner we’ll eat at local restaurants; main courses generally cost $5 -15 USD)

  • Tourism/Environmental Fee upon arrival (200 PHP / approx $3.50USD)

  • Freediving equipment - Rental available in Coron; please let us know in advance

  • Additional accommodation outside of trip

  • Travel Insurance (mandatory)
